Correcting a passenger list - feature not working?

I'd like to post a correction but wonder whether the function is working. I enter the information and the security code into the form, but there is no submit button and hitting enter is ineffective. For the ship Edda which departed Oslo for Quebec on April 26, 1973: The name Halvor Pedersen Korsmoe should be corrected to Halvor Olsen Korsmoe. He was indeed the brother of Peder (Peter) Olsen Korsmoe.
