Date for Aanon Erichsen

Aanon Erichsen born in 1740 date seems to be given as Fest 5 and in between Dom 3 and Dom 6. I do not understand what that date is. It doesn't seem to fit the Ecclesiastical Date website I usually use. Can someone explain this date for me and also read the name of Aanons father. It is Erich Unreadable Vraalstad.
