Hey, My 5th cousin 1x removed reached out to me today. She is trying to find out more about her great-great-grandfather Johan Ludvig Ottesen, father of Marius Peter Ottesen, and Johan's brothers. Since I have limited time, I have also posted everything that I got so far. I will dedicate some more time all of this in the next week, unless you all beat me to it. No additional information. Last, some notes from her: Johan may have traveled to the US with the name Johnson since that name was used in the census (appendix) and when Ferdinand died. I am unsure of the name Ottesen. My great-grandfather's name was Ottesen, but they all came from Sweden and there they have different spellings. (Ottoson, Ottosson). Thanks, Simon
