do you know anything about this??

I'm trying to find archives where i can search after people from Norway that emigrated to America. I know that my great grand father leaved Norway, but since that we havn't heard anything. His brother went over to try find him. if anyone could give me a link so I could search in files after his name, I would be very grateful!! [:)]
