Downloading Digitalarkivet

I am interested in locating the passenger list (if printed) of my g-g-grandfather, Tosten (Torstein) Olson, who emigrated to Minnesota in 1882 along with his family. I have used the web site "Digitalarkivet: Emigrants from Trondheim 1867-1930" previously but cannot bring it up at this time. Is there a problem at my end? Appreciate any suggestions? Also is there a web site with the lay of the land or drawings of the Hegra, Norway area? I am interested in the location of the farms, particularly Stageberg. Many thanks for your help. Carol
