E-mail validation on registering

Due to attempts by some people to register as members with the only intention of posting spam, the security level on the board has been raised. As a result of this, new members have to go through an e-mail validation process, and this means they have to respond to a message sent to them to be able to complete the registration. As most of you who have been around for a while will know, we do not tolerate any spam or violation of the members privacy. As for the moment we have 7 new members pending as they have not been able to complete the registration. The reason may be that their ISP or e-mail service provider are blocking the welcome message from NorwayHeritage.com. It is quite possible that we will keep this security level for the future, and this could affect peoiple with e-mail accounts with companies that have so called "block lists" or "white lists". The people who are having problems right now seams to have an e-mail account with: hotmail.com msn.com usfamily.net
