Eli Evensdtr Sneen

I am beginning to search my Norwegian ancestry. My great great-grandmother's name was Eli Evensdtr Sneen (born 10/21/1854 in Storen), and I've found a few records which I believe are hers, but I am stumped on how to find her father. She is named "Evensdatter" but one census has her father's name as Anders Jensen, so I'm thinking that was her stepfather? I'm trying to find Even and Siri (Sigrid's) parents too. Any help/advice would be so appreciated!!!
