Ellen Marie Kristoffersen + daughter Kristina.

Hello everybody.. I am a new member from Sør Odal in Norway. I have for severel years trying to figure out what happened to my grandfathers sister Ellen Marie Kristoffersen and her daughter Kristina. .....According to Book of Church of Sør Odal (Strøm sogn), they immigrated year 1884 from Sør Odal , - to Trance City, Minnesota, USA. BUT----------]there is no town in Minnesota or US with this name. Could it be Tracy??? Another option is Transit Township, but i think maybe this Township is to "small" to be named in Book of church. Is there anybody out there who can help me with this..??? I would be very grateful.......... Ellen Marie was born in 1854 and her daughter Kristina in 1881 or 1882.. Father unknown..
