Emigrated to US

Hi all. I am trying to trace my great grandfathers Norwegian roots. His name is Peter Moe. Born March 13, 1870. I do not know the names of his parents. I think he is from osterdalen. He emigrated to the US in approx 1896. He was married to Eline Hulbbekmoe (Hulbekonoe). Not sure of the spelling. Any information you can help me find is much appreciated. Thanks Teresa
