I found a prison record on Erik Halvorsen Braenden from the Oslo, Akershus Prison. It was a travel permit for Erik to leave the prison and emigrate to America. Departure date was Sept. 16, 1881 going to Glencoe, MN. I did find him here after his immigration. What I wonder is, is there anyway to find out the reason for his imprisonment? Thanks for considering.....Vicky King in Minnesota
