Error on ship name in bygdebok?

I have a ticket for an decendent who came from Nes Hedmark, Norway. The ticket is for the White Star Line. However, the bygdebok indicates he left on the Angelo, which is the Wilson line. The dates are the same. Which is most likely - he ended up on a different ship, or the bygdebok listed the wrong ship? Jodi
