Error when selecting a passenger

When selecting a passenger from one of the ship passenger lists, it returns an error: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. Is this a temporary issue, or is the feature to click on a passenger no longer available?
