Farm location/address

I have two farm names that I would like to find the location of or address. If the farms are still there, I'd like to be able to contact the current owners and find out if we are related or if I might be able to see the farms, when I travel there next year. The farms are Haugedal, in the municipality of Søndeled, municiipality number 0913, in Aust Adger. The second farm name is Akeland (Øilandsdal), also in Søndeled. If anyone can give me some advice on how to go about doing this, I'd be very grateful. I already know that I have relatives in the Arendal area, so I will be arranging to meet with them, but that is from my Mother's side of the family and these farms are from my Father's side.
