Farm locations

I would appreciate link(s) to lists of Norwegian farm names, ideally with the ability to find directions in current-day Norway. Specifically, I wish to track down farms in the Norddalen prætgjeld of Møre og Romsdal. My g-grandfather (Johan Olsen) was born on Gjerde, although his family later lived on Grønningsæter. My g-grandmother (Oline Christiansdtr) was from Engeset. My wife and I will be in Norway next month -- equipped with a rental car -- and I would very much like to find and photograph these sites. From experience, I know how helpful this website has been...so thanks in advance.
