Finding birth of parents

Can anyone tell me how to find the births of the parents of Kari Andersdatter, born 09 Sep 1783 in Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane, Norway? Her parents are Anders Ellingsen and Synneve(a) Ingebrigtsdr. They were married 11 Jun 1783 in Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane. I don't know how to find the births or baptism dates of each parent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I saw some possibilities on Familysearch.com but not sure if I can tell the correct record. If I can find the birth dates I may be able to find the records on the Digital Arkivet. Thank you.
