Finding more information on Karen Simensdr

My paternal great grandmother was Karen Simensdr in the marriage information I have about her. She married Bernt Hermansen in Furnes, Hedmark, Norway on 8/16/1885. Her father was Simen Larsen. She was born January 8, 1857 and came to the USA about 1886 with her husband (I assume). I would like more information as to where she was born or baptized and perhaps some information from the 1865 census which might include her mother's name. Thanks for any help you can give.
