Gausdal Baptismal Record - Translating help needed

Hi, I am having a difficult time with this baptismal record and want to make sure I get the info correct. Could someone please take a look at this record and tell me what it says. I think the father is Johannes Olsen, but am not sure about the rest. Sept 1784, Johanne. Half way down the right side of the page. Thanks!
