Geography question

This may seem a silly question but I have to admit I am confused and could use a bit of help. My paternal great-grandfather came to the US from Hjartdal, Telemark and his future wife came from Gransherad, Telemark. (Far-far-far and far-far-mor) My daughter had expressed interest learning about the bunad applicable to those regions and I am unable to learn if they are considered to be in Øst-Telemark or Vest-Telemark. I have found many beautiful examples online of both Telemark regions but could use a little advise from my friends in Norway.
