Gjest Olsen Øya

Have just found a record that I haven't a clue as how to read. Gjest Olsen Øya was born about 1611. I can't even find his name or an age that might give me a clue. Hope someone can help me with this. Possibly highlight the record I should be seeing. Thanks very much for any help.
