Gjoines/Joines

I am looking for Ole and Ingaborg Joines from Tinn, Telemark Norway. They came over to America c. 1900. They went to Wiscinsin where Ole had a brother Tov. If anyone know of this family or has any ideas where I might search being I don't speak Norwegian, I woud appreciate the help.
