Grove family

I am trying to research the Grove family. I do not know if the spellings are going to be accurate in the norwegian language but this is the information I have. Jacob Grove (b.1817 in Norway d. 1901 in USA) and son Sven J. Grove (b. 09-15-1854 in Sand or near Stavanger, Norway d. 11-11-1939 in North Dakota, USA) immigrated to the USA in 1872. (Jacob possibly had another son H. Grove born in 1860). Sven was reared and educated near Stavanger, Norway. When Jacob and Sven arrived in the USA they first lived in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. In 1886 went to North Dakota. Any helpful hints on spelling and/or family information would be greatly appreciated
