Gustave Adolphe Anderson

I would be grateful if somebody could check if this person exists in the Norweigian Census records? I have a marriage certificate of a Vera Alice Anderson dated 1st Feb 1934 for a marriage in Shanghai, China to a Islay Ferrier Drysdale. She was aged 24 years and her father was listed as Gustave Adolphe Anderson. His occupation was a "Missionary" If his daughter was born c.1910....he is probably born in the 1880s as an approximation. To be honest I am not sure if he is Norweigian but I would be grateful if any kind person could check if they have the time and means. Many thanks.
