Hagstad farm - where? Hitteren Church records

All of my information on the birth, vaccination, or confirmation on the 3 sons of Henrika Hansdtr dated 1840-1849 were found in Hitteren Church records (church on the island of Hitra). The Hitteren Church entries 1840-1849 refer to being born and/or living at Hagstad. For years I have assumed this was a farm name for a place within the Hitteren Church area, but I have not been able to find its location. Any help would be appreciated.
