Halberg/Johansen

Thanks again for your help with my research. Still trying to locate my g-grandpa - Johan Georg Halberg and not finding anything. Would like to find his birth, death and parents record if possible. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. All I have is he was born in Lund, Skane, Sweden around 1838 to 1842. Unfortunately do not have an exact date. Also trying to locate Otto Johansen (he went by this name as far as I can see). Can't seem to find out where he went to after 1900. Are there any records past 1900 that a person can search through?[:)]
