Halberg/Johansen

I have been looking to find my grandfather's brother. His name is Otto Johansen born Feb 8, 1882 as indicated on a 1900 census for Spind circuit in Vest-Agder, Norway. He was on a farm named Kleiven/Forberg with his parents Johan Georg Halberg year of birth 1842 and mother Welene (Velene as noted in other areas) Willumsdatter year of birth 1852. My grandfather's name was Johannes Wilhelm Halberg - DOB May 19/1884 - who moved to Winnipeg, MB, Canada in 1903/04 where he married my grandmother Hulda Appelkvist from Varmland, Sweden. Johan Georg Halberg was born in Lund, Skane Sweden. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide in this regard. Sharyn
