Help! Emmigration to Argentina!

Dear Sir and Madams, I have a question about emmigration from Norway to Argentine. Though i already have been searching for quite a long time the internet, i didn't find any helpful information. So i am glad about every information! I am trying to find information about routs of ships from Norway to Argentine and about the norwegian ports where the ships started. Are there still any shipping lists? The person for who i am looking (surname: Hinzpeter) arrived autumn 1898 in Norway and I only know that he went to Argentine. Thank you so much for your help !
