Help reading baptism record

I could use some help reading what seems to me to be the baptism record for Størk Isaksen. Next to last record on the right hand page. Seems to start out Oct 8, 1713 Dobt Størk Isaksen, then what is the rest of that line and where is the name of the father Isak Størchsen? Link
