Help understanding location Fie, Norway

I'm so happy. I just found the passenger list of my great great grandmother, her sister, and parents on this site. THANKS!!!! The family lore is that my great great great grandfather was Hans Swinson Fie (or Tie) from Fie, Norway. Named after his ancestors, across a Fjord from Riser, about 100 English miles from Christiana (aka Olso), Norway. His wife (Marie) and daughters (Ingeborg and Aase M) were said to be from upper Telemarken. I couldn't find either Fie or Tie as a farm estate. Where should I be looking?
