Help with translation of dates in death/burial rec

Hello, Could someone please help me with the dates of my great grandmother's death and burial record. Please see https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/7060/183, entry 6 for Kristi Larsdatter who died in Bauge, Skanevik, Hordaland, Norway. I think it says she died 27 Feb 1826, but the two other dates of 4/3 -17/4 confuse me. Could someone please clarify what the meaning of 4/3 is and 17/4 in this type of record? Thanks so much! Colleen
