I need help reading birth records

Hello, I am researching my husband's heritage and found his grandfather's birth records (Christian Arneson, pg. 22, top line) at http://www.arkivverket.no-URNNBNno-a1450-kb2 but it's really difficult to read the blurry print. Can anyone decipher all the writing to the right of Christian's name? I think the father's name might be "Arne Christianfin"? If so, why is there "fin" at the end of his name? Arneson is the last name used by the family. I would also like to know the correct spelling of the farm names, too, but can't quite figure them out. I would greatly appreciate any help, thank you, Jeannie
