Info about the family of Birkemoe

I'm looking for info on the Birkemoes. My husband's grandparents came to USA in 1886. They were Ludvig and Dorothea Birkemoe. The came with atleast three sons, Thomas the oldest,( being my husbands grandther), Berrtrand, and Peter the youngest. They came from Stavanger. LUdvig was a baker. Ludvig was born in 1844, in Heskestad, Dorothea was born in 1844, in Borhesogen. Ludvig's father was Torkild Birkemoe, born 1810, Heskestad, mother was Torbaar (Gitles), born 1812, in Heskestad. I would like to know Torkild Birkemoe's family names. I would like to know if Ludvig had any brothers or sisters. Did any other family members come to the USA with Ludvig and Dorothea? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
