Ingvald Thorson Lovdahl

I believe the above person was born 16 Sep 1875 in Aust-Agder, Sondeled Parish Norway to Thor Alvsen Lovdahl and Anne Andrea Torjusdatter. Not sure if I have spelled Ingvald's name correctly. I think he came to America in 1881 but I can't find the record for him doing so. Perhaps I have not been looking in the correct place. He moved to to Wisconsin and lived in Milwaukee. Below is the record I found for his birth. Source information: Aust-Agder county, Søndeled, Parish register (official) nr. A 3 (1861-1879), Birth and baptism records 1875, page 129.  I would appreciate anything that anyone could tell me about how to find the record of him coming to America.
