Ionion Sailing Route

My great grandmother sailed on the Ionian April 1907 to Montreal, Canada. How do I find out the sailing route of the Ionian for that voyage and if there was more than one stop is there a way to determine where the passenger boarded? I understand that the Ionian stopped at Moville, Ireland. Who got on at Liverpool and who got on at Moville, Ireland? Many thanks for any help that can be offered. Katie Denis
