Is there an English guide to digitised bygdebøk

I got a message today with the subject: National library makes bygdebøker available as digitised books Nasjonalbiblioteket I'm able to make my way thru theDigitalarkivet (with the help of your site from time to time). I've read a few of the bygedøker I've gotten thru WorldCat. I think this new resource, might help take me to the next level. Could anyone give a brief overview or example of how to find something?
