Johan Torgersen

Hello. I'm looking for assistance in finding birth records for the children in this family. I have Johan's birth record as well as records for his ancestors, but cannot locate the children or info on Karoline. This family cannot be found in the 1910 census. I have looked for the birth records of all children in Skedsmo and for Josefine in Østre Aker with no luck. Also, it has been awhile since I've dabbled with Norwegian records. I am back to work on 1910. Can someone please clue me in to what "FL" means within the census? Thanks!
