Johanes Halvorsen Parents

The 1801 Census shows a "Hans fader" Ole Halvorsen age 70, "mand" Halvar Olsen age 36 and "kone" Liv Johanesdat age 25. I believe these to be parents and grandparent of Johanes Halvorsen born 1793. The Norwegian data base states the Residence as "Edingsaas Ovre" and the local parish as "Seude". Is "Seude" the same as "Sauherad"? Would this location be the farm name? ....and if one wanted to visit this location in Norway where would it be?
