Johannes Johannessen marriage

Per the Sogndal Bygdebok, Johannes Johannssen (born 1797) married at Hundere Jessa Pedersdatter in 1821. I have been looking for the marriage record, think I found it but I am not sure. Left page towards the bottom. If it is the record what are the dates listed in record. Source Information: Sogn og Fjordane county, Sogndal, Ministerialbok Nos. A 9 (1809-1821), chronological list 1821, page 167. Permanent Image Link: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20070515670381.jpg Hope someone can look at this for me. Thanks
