Johannessen's from Tonsberg, Bergen, Haugesund???

[?][?][?][?][?][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][?][?][?][?][?][?] My father, FINN GUNNAR JOHANNESSEN was born in Tonsberg, Norway. His father was Kristian Johannessen who I believe was born in Bergen, but KRISTIAN was also known to have been in the Haugesund area. Kristian was a seaman and my father never knew him. Well he saw him once when he was 12 in a train station. Kristian was also thought to be in the Norwegian Navy back in the day. My fathers mother Gerda Linea Vikburg was born on 4/4/10 and died in 1992. She was married to a guy named Leif Steen Hansen and he died in 1988. Finn Gunnar, my father landed in Philadelphia, Pa. back in 1952. My Dad - Finn Gunnar has been married 3 times and has 6 kids here in the states. Today we range in ages from 38-58. I am now 43, but I must say I am the most Norwegian out of all 6 kids. I am also the one that seems to care about his ethnic heritage when the others could care less. Well that is their loss. I hope to make it to Norway someday soon and visit the graves of my ancestors. Thanks.... 1psuviking in South Jersey.... USA!
