Julius Lokke

My grandmother, Gurine Juliusdatter Saeterengen (Jennie Eng) (immi. 1909) and her brother Ole Severin Gustavsen Saeterengen (immi. 1916), both listed their destination in America as Wakonda, South Dakota, to an "Uncle" Julius Lokke. He was born in Norway in June 1864 and arrived in New York in 1886. I have not been able to find him on the censuses in Norway . . . I would like to make the family connection, if any, of Julius Lokke to the Saeterengens. Thank you in advance!
