Just exactly where is Ogne Sogn??

Most of my Norwegian relatives were born in Ogna, Hetland, Rogaland. (Although my ggrandfather called it "Ogne Sogn") I think it's an area that has been annexed by Stavanger...but does anyone know how to get more specific than that...such as, is it on the West Side of Stavanger or the North End??
