Karen Melby from Grong, Norway

My grandmother, Karen (or Carrie) Sophia Melby (in Norway it was spelled Melbye) was born in Grong, Norway on February 26, 1875. She told me that she left home in 1893 from Namsos and arrived in Quebec and then on to Cummings, North Dakota. I would like to know what ship she traveled on and I would also like to find her parish records of birth and confirmation. Thank you for your help. Arden
