Karen Paulsdatter

I am looking for information on the parents of my great grandmother Karen Paulsdatter, born 25 Apr 1831. She married Mikkel Jenssen 1 Nov 1854 (records in Furnes in Vang Ministerialbok nr 10). The records show her father as Paul Erikson, but no name or information on her mother. I have not been able to find anything else. Would also be interested in any siblings of Karen. Thank you for any help you can give. Judy Foley
