Source information: Oppland county, Slidre, Lomen, Røn in Slidre, Parish register copy nr. 1 (1814-1838), Birth and baptism records 1833-1834, page 310-311. I think she left for America in April 1857. The information in this record seems to match birth information. Source information: Oppland county, Vestre Slidre, Parish register (official) nr. 2 (1856-1864), Migration records 1857, page 231. I have a marriage record from the Scandinavia Lutheran Church in Scandinavia, Wisconsin dated 8 Oct 1856. She married Knud Halvorson Riste. Something isn't correct with these dates. I wonder if my record for her emigration is wrong. Can someone take a look at this for me? Thank you.
