Landed Property Tax Protocols

I found an interesting report on the Digital Archives of Norway for Telemark in 1615 in a source category called "Landed Property Tax Protocols". The title of the report is "Odd Arne Helleberg: Jordebok for Telemark og Numedal 1615 Digitalpensjonatet, Digitalarkivet " see http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/WebMeta.exe?spraak=e for the screen that gives you the choices that includes this source category. Does anyone have a good explanation for what "Landed Property" would be? Does it has something to do with the property originally owned by the king and/or royalty? Thanks,
