Locating Fredrik Bertinus Johansen in America

Hi, I am attempting to find out what happened to Fredrik Bertinius Johansen after he emigrated from Rødøy, Nordland in 1904 (Trondheims politikammer: Registre til emigrantprotokollene p. 177: https://urn.digitalarkivet.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-em20110307640532.jpg) Of course, he may not have gone to America, but since he had three uncles and an aunt in Chicago (they emigrated in the 1880s) I thought it likely. He might have gone for work and returned to Norway as well, but I have so far not located him in Norway after 1904. Might be relevant that his brothers in Norway changed their surname to Senning later in life.
