Location of Farms in Buskerud and Akershus

Hi - I am brand new to this and looking for guidance. My husband and I will be going to Norway this summer and hope to find some of the farms his relatives emigrated from. Luckily, a relative has supplied us with the farm names. Is there a way to find out where these farms are located on a map so we could drive by and see them? Here is what we know so far: From the 1865 census in the Fla area of Buskerud: Moen under 65 Trøstem 86a 1865 census of Hurdal, Akershus: Solsrud Thank you for any help you can offer!
