Looking for Carl Henrik Christian Verdich

This is my first time on this site. It is very impressive. I am looking for the ancestors of and the ship that Carl (Karl) Henrik Christian Verdich came over on. I am also interested in the ancestors of his wife Maren Dorthea Charlotte Lorbauer This is what I have so far. Carl (Karl) Henrik Christian Verdich b. 1810 Denmark m. Maren Dorthea Carlotte Lorbauer in Norway. Children all born in Norway: Karoline Verdich 1851 Kristine Verdich 1857/8 Hans Verdich 1858/9 m. Rose Hannaman 1882 in Illinois USA Bertha Verdich 1866 I do believe that Hans is my great-grandfather. I would like to find the family on the passenger ship and trace them to Chicago Illinois. Thank you so much. Joan
