Looking for info on Bernard, Hanna & Bernt Haugen

Looking for any information on my great great grandparents who came to the US in 1881 as I don't know where to go from here. According to 1900 US Census Bernard B. Haugen born in July 1859, immigrated to US in 1881, was married in 1879 to Hanna (Hannah) Haugen. She was born in 1857, shows she had 14 children but only 10 living. Bernard's father Bernt O. Haugen also came with them in 1881, shows he is widowed. I have seen the name Haugen spelt differently on different censuses and I am not sure how the sir names work. I was told once that Hanna last name was Tyskeberget but haven't found anything with that. I have also seen her last name as Arneson (Arnesen). Any information or how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
