Looking for my grandmother

I am trying to fill a 21-year gap in records of my grandmother's life in Norway, and would appreciate any suggestions. She was born in Dec 1871, baptised Andrine Christiane Johnsdatter, grew up on the family farm at Moksvold, Hordaland. She was confirmed March 1886 at the Lygra church, Lindaas parish. The next record I find is her marriage to my grandfather Hans O. Fosse at the Nykirken in Bergen, September 1907. Soon thereafter they emigrated to the USA. At age 35 this was her first marriage, per the record. I have searched for her in 1891 and 1900 censuses in Digitalarkivet, using different versions/combinations of her name and birth year. I find no record of her in Bergen, Hordaland, or nationwide. There was no recollection, in our family, that she had traveled out of Norway before her marriage.
