Mari Jacobsdatter

I am trying to find the birth record of Mari Jacobsdatter Rutlin who married Lars Johannessen In 1820 in Sogn. I think I may have found the record: Right side. 2nd birth Source Information: Sogn og Fjordane county, Sogndal, Ministerialbok Nos. A 8 (1795-1809), chronological list 1796, page 8. She may be in the 1801 census as 5 years old but I can't find her parents names. And if the church record is hers what are the names of her parents. I get the Jacob but can't read the last name. I think her mothers name is Kari Nielsdatter. Hope some one can help me with this. Thank you
